Never tried Capoeira? This series is for you. This is a class that takes it back to step one, the basics for people wanting to try out the martial art in a more private setting. We will take you through the basic movements, basic history and philosophy as well as explore the various instruments and songs of capoeira. This is a 4-class series and will give you the confidence to continue on with the all levels capoeira classes.
